I appreciate your help again in finding an appraiser. Everything worked out fine as a result. In saying again, I am relating to the sale of 1 Fireside, back in January. When the sale of homes had literally bottomed, you came up with a buyer at a very fair price. When it appeared the sale would be held up for weeks because of inspection deficiencies, you resolved them all in a couple of days. When I needed help with an attorney, the TV, the piano, and decorating, (even putting out the garbage for me) once again you were there.
